Charlotte has seventeen years' finance experience specialising in energy markets. Most recently, she has served as the Global Power Asset Controller for Castleton Commodities International LLC (CCI) providing finance leadership for CCI’s asset portfolio in Europe and North America.

Prior to CCI, Charlotte worked at Morgan Stanley as a senior manager with the European Oil business.

Charlotte started her career on the JP Morgan finance graduate scheme, attaining qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Charlotte holds a first class Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Durham University.
