Tim has worked in the rural land economy sector for over 30 years. He is from a land owning family and spent his entire life working in support of agricultural landowners, assisting them grow and maximise their land assets and enhance their understanding and adherence with the ever changing regulations that govern the rural economy.

Tim holds a degree in Land Economy gained from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester; thereafter he trained with Savills obtaining his MRICS as a Land Agent. He successfully opened a new multi disciplined office in the West Midlands, which today is one of Savills most  profitable rural offices.

Subsequently he ran a regional Land Agency firm’s team managing landed estates across the West Midlands and Mid Wales. Clients ranged from landed families to large corporates. Tim is a committed ecologist and rural guardian and has held a number of local Chairman posts. He and his wife Victoria own a thriving small holding.
