Lisa Jo celebrates her 20th year in the recruitment, talent advisory and executive search practice, predominantly in the built environment. She’s worked with global property and construction consultancies such as CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, RLB, Gardiner & Theobald, as well as international property developers, Greystar, Soho House and Greenland, covering nearly every asset class from Commercial,  Residential, Health Care, Education, Defence, Data Centers, Logistics and now the BESS sector!

As well as connecting businesses with exceptional talent, she’s worked extensively with senior leaders to help them design and develop their hiring strategies, working in close partnership with organisations to become an employer of choice - attracting and retaining the best talent. Lisa has worked on projects for various businesses advising them on employer branding and EVP design, conducted market analysis and bench marking exercises, as well as helping organisations to promote ED+I within.

Lisa has a psychology degree and says this is where her passion for people comes from!
